Cement Storage Silo with Dual Work Platform Install

RPM Builds recently completed construction of a bulk cement storage terminal in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The terminal featured 38' diameter x 100' tall silo designed to store Portland Cement. To provide extra safety and maneuverability for operators, the project included two extra large reinforced truck drive thru openings. Additionally, internal dual maintenance work platforms were included and easily accessible via the supplied interior and exterior winding stairway. To simplify the installation process, RPM Builds installed the aeration system safely at ground level while the hopper was added, allowing all components to be lifted to the next level by utilizing the jacking method of assembling ring by ring. The successful completion of the project was realized in April and May 2022.
