Flat Panel: Diameter Range from 11' to 54' with hopper, without hopper can reach and exceed 100'+ Height builds on approximate 5' increments, and can reach up to approx 150' tall.
Chime Panel: Diameter Range from 9' to 48' with hopper. Without hopper can reach and exceed 150'+ diameter. Height builds on approximate 8' increments, and can reach up to approx 150' tall.
Welded Tanks
RPM Builds offers a comprehensive service for sourcing, designing and erecting storage tanks with all the necessary options and accessories to meet your specific requirements. Our team has a wealth of experience in constructing tanks for a variety of applications, which allows us to provide practical solutions to meet operational needs. We understand the importance of reducing time and cost, so we offer additional integrated accessories and services that can be included in your tank order. This helps to streamline the project and allows customer management to focus on more important aspects.
We can provide welded tanks with a diameter range of 5' to 10', with height increases that can be customized to meet your needs. The most common size is 12' x 60', which maximizes storage volume while staying within legal, over the road trailer parameters. We also can provide standard "ring heights" in Carbon Steel (5.92'), Aluminum (6'), and 316/304 Stainless Steel (4.92') based on the mill roll stock.
Decking Options
RPM Builds constructs a wide array of tank and silo coverings, from domes to flat covers and everything spanning in between. FRP covers are rated for corrosion resistance and fire safety, while sloped steel decks, ESR, knuckle roofs, and trough decks are engineered for strength and durability. With our experience and expertise, you can trust RPM Builds to recommend and provide the best quality tank and silo coverings for all your needs.
