RPM Builds LLC is comprised of material storage and handling industry experts with over 100 years of combined experience in the sector. Our knowledge is focused on bolted tanks and silos in conjunction with the mechanical, foundation, and other scope that supports a functional plant. While we specialize in tanks, if it’s something that connects to a tank, we have probably done it. We have built over 700 bolted tanks for a broad range of clients and locations.

Geramey Murray
Geramey is the President of RPM Builds with over 18 years of experience in the bolted tank industry. His background includes a Business Management degree from Oklahoma State University, a military veteran with NATO security service in the U.S. Air Force, and ownership of C&M Contractors, LLC where he pioneered the use of hydraulic jacks in bolted storage tanks, all of which led to the founding of RPM Builds, LLC.
Geramey's home base is near Tulsa, Oklahoma where he enjoys time with his wife and two boys.

Ryan Butler
Ryan is a Partner at RPM Builds with over 24 years of experience in the bolted tank industry, industrial and power engineering, and turnkey construction. His background includes an Engineering degree from the University of Kansas, professional engineer licensure in multiple states, and starting and leading Redpoint, LLC, a firm that specialized in bolted storage tank expertise and consulting, project and construction management, and material handling system design, supply and construction, all of which led to the founding of RPM Builds, LLC. Ryan's home is in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and 3 teenage children.

Bryce Butler
Bryce serves as the Vice President of Operations at RPM Builds, bringing with him 18 years of specialized experience in bolted tank systems and turnkey construction projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Pittsburg State University. Bryce began his career at Redpoint, LLC, where he played a key role in project management and execution, mechanical system consulting and procurement, construction management, storage tank and silo repair and retrofits, and mechanical startup assistance. Outside of work, Bryce resides near Kansas City with his wife and daughter, balancing his professional achievements with a fulfilling family life.

Isaac Brewer
Isaac is the Vice President of Programs for RPM Builds with over 20 years of project management and implementation experience. Before working on industrial systems, Isaac worked as a project investigator and lead systems engineer in government and industry projects in intelligence, emergency management, GIS and cyber security. Dr. Brewer earned his BA from Pittsburg State, MS from Oregon State, and his Ph.D. at Penn State. Isaac is committed to a ‘hands on’ approach to project execution and the application of critical thinking in solution execution. Isaac is based in central Pennsylvania with his wife.

Aaron Arb
Aaron is the Vice President of Construction at RPM Builds a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the industrial material storage sector. Beginning his career at the age of 19 in a bolted tank fabrication shop, he has truly worked thru every aspect of bolted steel storage tanks. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University. Aaron’s career is distinguished by his extensive network of relationships, spanning from laborers to CEOs across the globe. He is dedicated to fostering these connections and collaborating with like-minded professionals who share his commitment to delivering exceptional solutions and service within the material handling industry.

Ryan Hines is a Construction Project Manager at RPM Builds. His background includes service in the US Air Force, law enforcement, and transportation logistics, providing him with strong skills in leadership and project coordination. At RPM Builds, he manages project execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Ryan is based in the Oklahoma panhandle where he enjoys life with his wife.

Pedro Ledesma
Pedro is the General Foreman for RPM with over 16 years of experience in silo and tank field construction. Pedro is an expert on both the installation of dry bulk and liquid bolted storage systems as well as aluminum dome covers and conveying equipment. Pedro is the lead trainer and the organization’s developer of new and existing employees. Pedro is not only passionate about improving new talent, but he also enjoys working with customers to provide the best product and installation experience for each unique project. Pedro is a devoted husband and father of two children, and he enjoys traveling with his family in his free time.

Aaron Cook
Aaron is a Construction Project Manager at RPM Builds with over 15 years of experience in heavy, residential, commercial and industrial construction, having worked prior with one of the largest General Contractors in the Midwest. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University. His ability to communicate effectively, solve problems on the fly, foster a positive atmosphere, and train and build-up the less experienced teammates has earned him a reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, all while maintaining a positive work environment. Aaron’s home is in Northwest Arkansas, where you will likely find him riding mountain bikes and cheering on his kids.

Glenda Reynolds is the Director of Operations at RPM Builds, bringing over 24 years of construction administration experience, with 18 years focused on the bolted tank industry. Her diverse background includes key responsibilities in accounting, human resources, contractor licensing, and construction safety. Glenda thrives in the collaborative culture at RPM and is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys rural living with her husband on their farm in southeast Kansas, where they have raised their two daughters.

She started in marketing, but her passion for growth and challenge led her to explore the construction field, where she honed her skills and broadened her expertise. Residing in Southeast Kansas, Shelby thrives on balancing her career with a fulfilling personal life. She loves spending time outdoors and engaging in sports with her husband and three children.
